The main suspect believed to be responsible for a hotel fire in northeast China's Harbin City was arrested and has been taken to Harbin detention center, according to local police.
The deadly fire broke out in the kitchen on the second floor of the Beilong Hot Spring Leisure hotel at 4:36 a.m. local time last Saturday, leaving 20 people dead and 23 others injured.
The suspect, identified as Li Yanbin, 52, is a native of Harbin.
An investigation into the case is still ongoing.
