The blast that killed at least 10 people in a college in the city of Kerch in Crimea was caused by an unknown explosive device, local media said Wednesday, citing a report of the Russian anti-terrorist committee.
According to the report, at least 50 people were injured in the explosion that rocked Kerch Polytechnic College earlier in the day.
Meanwhile, social media users said that shooting also occurred at the college.
Crimea was incorporated into Russia in March 2014 following a local referendum. Ukraine says the peninsula was annexed.
