Iran's former Ambassador to Vatican Hadi Khosroshahi on Thursday died of the novel coronavirus infection, local media reported.
Khosroshahi had been hospitalized in Tehran's Masih Daneshvari hospital.
Iran announced on Thursday that 245 people have been infected with COVID-19 in the country, and among them 26 have died.
