Harbin, capital of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, reported four new asymptomatic cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday.
The city has reported five locally transmitted confirmed cases and 19 asymptomatic infections in the latest resurgence of COVID-19 since Jan. 12. All of them are under medical observation and receiving medical treatment at designated hospitals.
Harbin has tightened epidemic prevention and control measures. For those arriving in Harbin from medium- and high-risk areas for COVID-19 in China, the measures of 14-day centralized medical observation, 7-day home isolation, three nucleic acid tests, and one serum anti-body will be implemented.
