A team of 13 scientists from the World Health Organization (WHO) concluded a 14-day quarantine in central China's Wuhan City and visited the Hubei Provincial Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine and Wuhan Jinyintan Hospital, the two first hospitals that treated patients in the early days of the outbreak. They also met with medical personnel and some of the first COVID-19 patients, Mi Feng, spokesperson for the National Health Commission (NHC) said at a press conference on Sunday.
The team will continue to visit the relevant disease control, scientific research institutions and trade markets while abiding by local regulations on epidemic prevention and control.
