China's special envoy for climate change affairs Xie Zhenhua held talks with Britain's Alok Sharma, president of this year's UN Climate Change Conference (COP26), on climate change in north China's Tianjin Municipality from September 5 to 7, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment said in a statement on Thursday.
Both sides had constructive exchanges on the overall arrangements and key issues of COP26, global climate action and China-UK cooperation on climate change, according to the statement.
