Chinese basketball players played a mixed friendly match with their DPRK counterparts on Tuesday in Pyongyang.
Senior DPRK officials from the ruling Worker's Party were part of the audience, but DPRK leader Kim Jong Un did not attend the game.
Chinese female basketball players visiting Pyongyang this week mixed together with DPRK female players to form two teams, called "Friendship" and "Unity".
The Unity team won the match, 107 points to 106.
Veteran NBA player and head of China's Basketball Association Yao Ming, towering over everyone else in the stadium, congratulated the players at the end of the match.
Kim Il Guk, DPRK's Minister of Sport, mentioned, "This Chinese sports visit comes from a friendly neighbor, and it adds to our people's happiness as we celebrate the 73rd anniversary of the founding of the Worker's Party of Korea."
