Norway displayed its prowess in biathlon by bagging the mixed relay 4x6km gold medal at the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games on Saturday.
Norway, composed of Marte Olsbu Roeiseland, Tiril Eckhoff, Tarjei Boe and Johannes Thingnes Boe, clocked a leading time of one hour, six minutes and 45.6 seconds.
Defending champion France had to settle for second place, 0.9 seconds adrift of Norway. Russian Olympic Committee took the bronze 1.5 seconds behind Norway.
China finished 15th in the race, 4 minutes and 42.5 seconds behind the leader.
The Norwegian team is the reigning world champion in this event.
