Chinese Premier Li Keqiang has arrived in the Laotian capital of Vientiane, where the ASEAN Summit has begun.
The summit was open with a ceremony on Tuesday. Key dialogue partners including Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, U.S. President Barack Obama and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will also attend the meetings during the three-day event.
The main theme of this year's summit is "Turning Vision into Reality for a Dynamic ASEAN Community."
The summit agenda also includes community-building efforts in a special commemoration marking 25 years of relations between China and ASEAN.
