(ECNS)--A Buddhist prayer ceremony was held at Chalong Pier of Thailand on Wednesday morning for victims on the Phoenix that overturned in rough seas on July 5. As of Wednesday noon, the accident has caused 46 deaths and there is one passenger still missing, according to the governor.
