(ECNS) — A representative of Malaysia Airlines, along with two lawyers, one interpreter and a coordinator, held a meeting with relatives of those aboard the missing flight MH370 in Shunyi District, Beijing, at 9:30 today.
The Malaysian side explained why there is no Chinese version of the latest detailed report at the meeting.
"Malaysia Airlines required the Malaysian government to provide both English and Chinese versions of the safety investigation report, but the government declined to release a Chinese version, saying the report is too professional," the representative said.
The meeting between the safety investigation team and relatives of victims was scheduled at 13:30, but was held at 11:30 (Beijing Time) at the request of family members.
