(ECNS) -- A young woman was seen riding a horse along the West Yan'an Road in Shanghai around 11 p.m., Sept. 11.
A policeman then asked the horse-rider to pull over for further investigation.
Police said the woman had violated the traffic code by riding a horse on a vehicle lane.
It could be a major threat to the safety of other drivers if the horse got startled, it was added.
