The world's first underground hotel has opened its doors.
It is built in an 88-meter-deep stone pit with eco-friendly design principles.
National Geographic called it a world architectural miracle.
It has two floors above ground and 16 beneath–two underground floors are even underwater.
The hotel has a total of 336 guest rooms.
Rates start from around 4,000 yuan per night on online tourism sites.
It is also called the 'Quarry Hotel' because of its location in an abandoned quarry.
