"Return to the Three Gorges," an on-site performance directed by Zhang Yimou, premiered at the Baidi City and Qutang Gorge scenic area on Saturday.
Themed around Chinese poetry, it offered a fantastic journey into local culture and magnificent natural scenery.
With new tech, the play resents presented Chinese poets' artistic conception.
The Three Gorges along the Yangtze River comprises the Qutang, Wu, and Xiling gorges and span 193 miles, beginning at Baidi City.
