(ECNS) -- The UN Security Council held Wednesday an installation ceremony of flags of the newly elected non-permanent members serving on the UNSC for the term 2019-2020 in the UN headquarters in New York.
The event was organized by the Permanent Mission of Kazakhstan.
In June last year, the UN General Assembly elected Germany, Belgium, South Africa, the Dominican Republic and Indonesia for a two-year term in the Security Council starting on Jan. 1, 2019.
