(ECNS) -- Wang Wanming, 61, is a yoga enthusiast.
Six years ago, he happened to watch a video about an India yoga instructor. Then he started to learn it himself.
"I watched online performance of an Indian yogis. It's quite good. I had nothing to do after retirement, so I started to practice yoga. It is good for mind and body health," Wang said.
"Before I began practicing yoga I couldn't finish a push-up. Now it's no problem to do 30 or 40, even 50, standard push-ups," he added.
Every day, many people follow him to practice yoga, with women the majority.
Wang said he practices yoga about five days a week near the Yangtze River.
He has kept up the passion for six years.
