(ECNS) -- These women are all about 18 years old.
Most of them graduated from high school and want to become flight attendants.
Before reaching that goal, they need to learn Mandarin, English and putting on makeup.
They have to improve their physique and physical agility.
They practice smiling while biting a chopstick, improve their walking posture by balancing a bottle on their head and standing posture with a paper clamped between their legs. That often makes them barely stand after training.
"With a bottle on my head, I couldn't move because of the stress. With a piece of paper there a little long, my legs would shake badly," said Li Yutong, a flight attendant student.
"We usually have 6 to 8 hours of training a day, three hours for one session," said Wang Jiaohan, an etiquette instructor.
"I have improved my temperament a lot after training." said Li.
