(ECNS) -- The "Aoluguya Cup" snow landscape painting competition was held in Genhe, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, on Tuesday.
Competitors expressed their artistic creativity in a snow field. Forty-seven exquisite works, including forests, reindeer, and wild geese were vividly painted on the snow land.
This competition is said to be the first of its kind held in China.
Genhe is known as China's "Pole of Cold," with an annual freezing period of more than 210 days. The Aoluguya Ewenki tribe, a famous but mysterious reindeer herding tribe, is located in Genhe.
