(ECNS) -- The world's first 10,000-ton-level casting 3D-printed smart factory has opened in Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
The factory has no crane, no mold, no heavy physical labor, and zero emissions.
Tens of thousands of 50-micron holes spray resin under the control of computers.
The resin becomes solidified with sand to form a cross section of the core.
After 2,000 layers of stacking, the printing is complete.
