Carlos Gutierrez, former United States secretary of commerce, talked about competition over 5G technology at the Boao Forum for Asia on Wednesday, saying it is really about company vs company, not government vs government.
He made an example of Alibaba and Amazon, explaining“if Alabama accessed 5G before Amazon, it is a commercial advantage for Alibaba.” That is how business works, he added.
