Footage shows the extent of the flooding in Jishui county of Jiangxi Province. As of 5 p.m. Monday, a total of 1.819 million residents in the province had been affected by heavy downpours that started last Thursday. Direct economic losses were estimated at 3.38 billion yuan (about $489 million).
