(ECNS) -- Firefighters and police officers rescued a family of three from a collapsed house in Shuanghe Town on Tuesday morning, after a 6.0-magnitude earthquake hit the town in Changning County of Yibin, southwest China's Sichuan Province, on Monday night.
Eleven people were reported dead and another 122 injured in the earthquake.
The epicenter, with a depth of 16 km, was monitored at 28.34 degrees north latitude and 104.90 degrees east longitude, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center.
