(ECNS) -- Feng Zixiang, a 20-year-old college student, has accomplished his dream of photographing ethnic minority group cultures.
In the past three years, Feng has visited 51 ethnic minority settlements across China, and captured a total 50 photographs he feels pleased with.
A local wearing traditional ethnic clothing and Feng himself in hanfu, the traditional clothing of the Han ethnic group, are in each image.
They stand or sit side by side with local architecture as background.
Feng said the whole process has not been easy, citing long distances and communication problems.
He hopes to do more to promote traditional and diverse cultures in China.
