(ECNS) -- A herdsman happened to spot a brown bear mother and its two cubs roaming the snow-covered grassland in Qumarleb County, Northwest China's Qinghai Province.
The three appeared to be having a good time.
The local natural resources department chief said efforts to preserve the natural environment are bringing about positive changes, with more and more reports of wildlife spotted across the Sanjiangyua area.
