(ECNS) --Commuters are encountering a "smart" reversible road in an urban area of Haikou, Hainan Province.
The road's barriers can move one lane over, creating three lanes in the direction of the rush hour commute.
All that is needed is a click on a traffic police officer's mobile phone.
