(ECNS) -- The city government of Seoul announced emergency procedures as South Korea's novel coronavirus infections increased to 763 as of 9 a.m. Monday.
Measures include an emergency response system and daily reports.
Authorities also announced the temporary closure of public facilities and restricted gatherings in certain areas to curb the epidemic.
Screening centers would be operated 24 hours a day, it was added.
