(ECNS) -- Delicate palm-woven handicrafts are on display at the Intangible Cultural Heritage Expo garden in renovated Ancient Taining in Fujian Province.
Shangqing palm-fiber weaving, a branch of the traditional Chinese leaf-weaving skills, dates back to the Tang Dynasty (618-907).
Inspired by insects, birds and animals in daily life, villagers have created various fine works.
They have also further developed and diversified the craft.
