(ECNS)--Every day at 6 a.m., Liu Long, a father, practices kung fu with his three children on Meihuazhuang (plum-blossom pillars) in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province.
Liu, who won first prize at a local southern fist championship, started learning kung fu at the age of seven.
The children's training started after the father found they were imitating him during practice.
Liu has designed diverse exercises in order to arouse their interest.
The master said he aims to train his children to be independent and persistent.
