(ECNS) -- In the canteen of Anhui Normal University, "campus fish dishes" are available for teachers and students for a processing fee only.
The university has been netting fish out of Huajin Lake since March 27, and is expected to catch about 5,000 kg in total.
It is not the first time that the university has served local fish to teachers and students.
In 2016, the university fished about 2,000 kg of fish during the water management and ecological restoration of Huanjin River.
