(ECNS) -- The fashion show of Chinese Oroqen culture, the only hunting culture in China, was staged at the International Fashion Week for the first time.
Dubbed "China's last hunting ethnic minority," the Oroqen is one of the oldest ethnic groups in northeast China, with a population of just over 8,000.
Oroqen means "people who live in the forests" in the local language.
The Oroqen people have been living a nomadic life in the primeval forests of the Greater Khingan Range for generations, forming a unique hunting culture.
The clothes on display are a combination of Chinese traditional craftsmanship, Western elements and ethnic totem patterns.
