Over 100 potato dishes displayed in Gansu

(ECNS) -- The 2021 China Dingxi Potato Conference and Summit Forum was held from Saturday to Monday in Dingxi City, Gansu Province.

Potatoes were made into 100 kinds of fine dishes via a variety of cooking methods.

The delicious festival dishes resembled animals, flowers, and even vegetables.
