(ECNS) -- Shi Yuanzhu, a 90-year-old man from Guangan, Sichuan Province, got his driver's license of small automatic vehicles after half a year of study.
Shi had a driver's license before he retired, but it expired when he was 70, the upper age limit for applying for a driver's license.
In 2020, the limit was cancelled in China.
Shi began to prepare for a series of tests for his driver's license around April this year, and finally got it in October.
Shi lives in the countryside with his wife. He drove into town to visit a friend a few days ago after he got his driver's license.
