(ECNS) -- In the Liujiaxia Dinosaur Museum of Yongjing County, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, stands a life-size model of Liujiaxia Yellow River Dragon.
At 4.2 meters in height and about 18 meters in length, it is one of the fattest dinosaurs known in China.
There are also simulated dinosaurs swimming in the water.
This "Jurassic Park" is home to fossil skeletons of famous Cretaceous dinosaurs from across China, including Gansu, along with other authentic specimens and replicas of various paleontological fossils related to dinosaurs.
Yongjing County boasts Liujiaxia Dinosaur National Geopark with fossil dinosaur footprints, lending it "Hometown of Dinosaurs in China" title.
To preserve its historical dinosaur remains, the museum has been renovated, and would be put into use by the end of this year.
