Italian vlogger shares Tibet trip with netizens worldwide

(ECNS) -- Rachele Longhi, an Italian vlogger, posted videos across social platforms to share her journey to northwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, attracting much attention.

Longhi came to China to study five years ago and has been working in Hangzhou since graduation.

She records her daily life in China via video together with her husband. Speaking of her Tibet trip, she said the destination was very different from what she had expected.

The vlogger and her husband experienced Tibetan life in terms of clothing, food, housing and transportation in their nearly one-week tour.

The more she saw, the stronger she felt that foreigners know little about China,.

Therefore, Longhi subtitled her videos in three languages (English, Chinese and Italian) before posting them on social platforms outside China.

There is no script and this is why these videos are popular among her followers, she said.

China is vast in territory and there are many places worth visiting, including Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, which Longhi plans to visit one day.
