(ECNS) -- China's first international vaccine innovation center, the Greater Bay Area International Vaccine Innovation Center, was officially inaugurated on Saturday in Shenzhen.
The 5G smart vaccination clinic and unmanned vaccination systems have integrated the functions of R%26D and production, cold chain logistics and unmanned vaccination before vaccines enter the vaccination clinic.
These functions have displayed the features of intelligent vaccination process in the future.
As the first real vaccine museum which combines technologies with art exhibition functions, it will be fully opened to the public to popularize vaccine-related knowledge.
The vaccine innovation center was proposed in November 2019 when a memorandum of strategic cooperation on vaccine innovation was signed between China and France in Beijing.
Both the two countries agreed to promote international cooperation on innovative vaccine R%26D, as well as help Shenzhen build the first world-class vaccine innovation center in China.
The Second Greater Bay Area (Shenzhen) Vaccine Summit officially opened following the opening ceremony of the vaccine museum.
About 1,000 experts from disease control centers, international institutions and industrial enterprises participated in the summit online and offline.
