Horse racing thrills snow-capped Xinjiang

(ECNS) -- An exciting horse race was recently staged in snow-blanketed Altay City, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.

Local herders from nearby villages gathered to race each other on horseback.

The rushing horses splashed through snow under a picturesque sky.
