Hong Kong's Vaccine Pass comes into force

(ECNS) -- The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government put its Vaccine Pass plan into practice on Thursday.

According to restrictions, all persons entering premises subject to "active checking" are required to present their vaccination record or Exemption Certificate and relevant QR code.

This includes the "Leave Home Safe" mobile application or applications, such as "iAM Smart" or "eHealth", as well as the QR code shown on their paper vaccination record.
