Shanghai woman makes anti-pandemic guideline for community

(ECNS) -- A woman born after 1980 has made a guideline for her community in Shanghai to improve working efficiency of the volunteer team in battling COVID-19.

This guideline has laid out duties of every volunteer and all people living in this neighborhood can find the right person to solve their problems.

The guideline also contains anti-pandemic tips, such as warning people not to re-use one mask.

Working in the internet industry, Chi Ran, the guideline writer, said the digital transformation process of communities will be accelerated.
