(ECNS) – A master of Sichuan cuisine showed off his unique skill of "making thread-like noodles with a chopper knife" on Wednesday.
A thick bamboo bar and chopper knife are his tools to make the noodles.
After repeated pressing with the bar, a piece of dough becomes a thin sheet, which is chopped into thread-like noodles.
The noodles are usually served with local flavor soup and ham.
