(ECNS) -- In September, pine forests in Duolang Canyon have presented a colorful "palette" in Zhaosu County, northwest China's Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. Yellow birches, red bushes and green pine forests have presented a strong contrast.

Duolang Canyon is located on the northern slope of Muzhaerte Glacier deep in Tianshan Mountains. The canyon is steep with dense forests and gullies, where a variety of plants grows.
