A round table meeting between China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the senior management of American enterprises in China was held on Tuesday in Beijing. The AmCham China, the U.S.-China Business Council and more than 60 U.S. companies in China sent representatives to the meeting.
Gao Jian, deputy director-general of the Department of International Cooperation of China's NDRC, said that China's determination to expand high-level opening up remains unchanged. The Chinese government welcomes enterprises from all countries, including American enterprises, to develop in China. On the same day, he put forward three expectations for American enterprises in China.
