A hotpot restaurant in southwest China's Chongqing launched a novel way to serve customers on Monday.
It is called Gaiwan-style hot pot. Dishes were served in traditional Chinese porcelain Gaiwan, including beef, tripe and duck intestines, attracting customers.
Gaiwan, a lidded bowl, is used to serve tea as a vessel at old teahouses in southwest China's Sichuan Province.
