Wild argali sheep have been spotted foraging on the grassland in Xilingol League, north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
Argali is an endangered species, mainly living in the Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang Uygur autonomous regions, and Qinghai, Gansu provinces of northwest China.
The number of wild argali sheep has been on the rise over the last decade, with the efforts of environmentalists and herders who worked hard to protect and conserve the area.
