Residential owners of a community in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province, made a shared medicine cabinet, sharing the remaining medicines with neighbors in need.
The shared medicine cabinet had four layers, which were equipped with an emergency medical kit, fever medicines, masks, and other useful tools. Residents and property management staff came to take the medicine one by one. The demand for these pharmaceuticals was soaring as a large number of people were infected with COVID-19 in China.
