A 300-meter-long lantern dragon wound its way through a village in east China's Jiangxi Province on Tuesday, celebrating the upcoming Lantern Festival.
In Leping City of Jiangxi Province, people holding 200 benches took part in a dragon lantern dance, a folk custom in celebration of the coming Lantern Festival, which falls on Feb. 5 this year.
The dragon lantern was made from simple benches and lanterns. Local people participated in the dance for good fortune and happiness in the new year.
