HK to give away 500,000 free air tickets to attract tourists

The "Hello Hong Kong" global publicity campaign aimed at attracting visitors to the city was unveiled in Hong Kong on Thursday.

At the launch ceremony, Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee Ka-chiu said that Hong Kong would give away 500,000 free air tickets to travelers from all over the world. He described the promotion as "probably the world's biggest welcome ever."
