Forest fire put out in SW China's Sichuan

A forest fire, which broke out in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province on Monday, was extinguished on Tuesday.

Under a joint effort of local firefighters and forest police officers, the blaze was extinguished at about 10:50 a.m. Tuesday morning. All residents have been safely evacuated.　

No casualties or secondary disasters were caused　by the fire.
