The "Honggutian" China-Europe freight train, carrying daily necessities, clothes, shoes, and household appliances, left Shanghang Railway Station in Fujian Province at 9:20 p.m. on Monday.
The train, carrying 55 containers and more than 620 metric tons of cargo with a total market value of about $5.5 million, will exit the country via the land port of Manzhouli in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region before arriving in Moscow, Russia, 15 days later.

As a new international logistics channel that helps western Fujian expand its opening to the outside world and enables enterprises to import and export, the "Honggutian" China-Europe freight train has made 11 trips in the past year, carrying 599 boxes of materials, including mechanical products, daily necessities, electronic products, and fitness equipment.
