China-Central Asia Summit is scheduled to be held from May 18 to 19 in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. Bala Ramasamy pointed out that one of the first things that Central Asia countries need to be done is to build up the infrastructure system so that they can trade easily, and he believes one of the secrets of China's success is its advanced infrastructure.
