2023 London International Chinese Music Festival kicks off

The first concert of the 2023 London International Chinese Music Festival began in London on Tuesday. 　

This special event, featuring China's distinguished masters Li Fengyun and Wang Jianxin, UK musician Cheng Yu and international scholars, was jointly organised by China Arts (UK), the London Youlan Qin Society and UK Chinese Music, in partnership with Goldsmiths University, SOAS University of London and the China National Orchestra Society. 　

The week-long event included Summer School, Guqin Music Conference and Choir classes, providing opportunities for anyone in the UK and overseas to learn and understand more about traditional Chinese music and instruments.
